CHIP & CHUCK was first conceived in 1999 - the lead up to Y2K (YEAR 2000). The fear at the time surrounding what would happen when the clocks hit 2000 and all computers crash. It's now well over two decades ago and today's concern is what will happen when computers become self-aware?
